Please visit the library and take a look at our Anthony Browne display. How many Anthony Browne books have you read? Play the SHAPE GAME  designed by Anthony Browne in the library this week and next week. Create an imaginary creature from a shape.Or older children might like to try their hand at drawing the 'Willy the Wimp' character. There's pictures to show you how.

Dive into Reading

We hope everyone is enjoying visiting the library. Come and check out our new display 'Dive into Reading'. Please ask one of our friendly librarians for help if you are trying to find a book or you have a question about the library.

Dr Seuss Birthday Celebrations

On the 2nd of March we celebrated Dr Seuss' birthday in the library. Mrs Suggate read the newest Dr Seuss book "What Pet Should I Get?" and then Mrs Scanlan read 'I can read with  my eyes shut". The librarians ran a colouring competition.
It was lots of fun.
