Super Finn by Leonie Agnew

Summary: A kid named Finn and his friend Brain try their hardest to become superheroes and to get an 'A' on their test (which is an essay about who you want to be when you grow up.) The boys try to become superheros.

Recommendation: 

This book is not about straight up superheros. It's about a person trying to become one.

RED ROCKS by Rachel King

Summary:Jake is a very smart boy who picks up a seal skin. Little does he know that he has put a spell on his father that only he can stop.

Will he save his father or will he be the cause of his father's death?

Fergus says: "If your favourite genre is mystery- this book will be the best book you will find and you will be put under the spell ....like I was."
